From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff greeted us and led us to a bright table. The tacos were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had – the corn tortillas were perfectly warm and the fillings were flavorful. The fresh salsa and creamy guacamole complemented each bite, and the live mariachi added an authentic Mexican vibe that made the evening feel festive. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, ideal for a family friendly restaurant. We also tried a couple of enchiladas and they were just as good. I’ll definitely be back for more and recommend this Mexican restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food. ~ alysha e

I was hungry but tired and decided to go try this new place for me. When I arrived I saw that they had a drive-through and I really didn’t want to do a dine in, but just take it back to the hotel, eat and relax after a busy day. I ordered some great chicken fajita nachos and the deluxe platter. (Two cheese enchiladas, one puffy beef taco, Carne Asada, rice and beans.) everything was really delicious and well seasoned and I was so happy I got takeout in my hotel was not far away. I have a few more business trips to San Antonio and hope to try Camila’s again! Service was prompt and efficient and I’m glad I gave Camela’s a try! ~ Patrick H

This is our FAVORITE Mexican restaurant! We frequently visit multiple locations and can't seem to make it one week without something from Camila's. Everything we've tried over the past 1+ years has been delicious! Some of our favorites are the migas plate, chilaquiles, mini tacos with asada, chicken flautas, and my all time favorite chicken tortilla soup. The Blanco location is favorite for the atmosphere but we're down the street from the newer wilderness location. The service is always great at both! We just wish wilderness was open for dinner. ~ Megan A

Three visits so far and LOVE each dish we've tried! If you're looking to move in/around the Timberwood Park area, consider this your neighborhood Mexican restaurant for a casual and authentic dining experience! Just need a taco to go? They have a convenient drive-thru! We definitely recommend their Carne Guisada with cheese taco. Their guisada "gravy" is rich in flavor and they don't skimp on the meat. The friendliest restaurants on this side of San Antonio! Waitstaff very helpful and cheerful and took our orders correctly! Scrumptious foods n delicious hot salsa! Warm tortilla chips just the way we like them! We had the chicken and beef caldos without meat cuz we can’t eat meat for medical reasons. Best caldos ever! Came in for a quick lunch - it was GREAT as always!! The food is fresh, just the right amount of spices … yummmmy!! I had an enchilada & crispy beef taco (I consider myself an Enchilada connoisseur - and these are yummy!! Red tortillas & American cheese, added onions 😋😋). The crust taco shell was perfection (not stale) and hubby’s chicken caldo was just what the cold day needed!! If you haven’t been to this location- COME!!!! We were a big party of 10 on Father's Day breakfast. We ordered 2 carafes of juice with sparkling wine. They even presented the sparkling wine in an ice bucket. All the food was pretty good. Mine took a bit longer than everyone else's for some unknown reason. Both corn and flour tortillas were very good. They made our eggs perfectly sunny side up. Now the salsas could have been hotter. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time and food here. ~ CC G

1st time here. My Love and I loved it. She said the Carne Guisada was Amazing like her mama used to make it when she was young. I like my Chile Reyeno I requested yellow cheese. I loved my Chile Reyeno plate. Beans were delicious, rice was good Reyeno with meat was very good. Chips were crunchy and salsa was yummy. Very clean restaurant with plenty of hand sanitizer. We were in town visiting family and based on their recommendation, we stopped at the restaurant on 3/12. I just couldn’t have been more pleased with Service, Food and Price! Our Server was Elviva, so personable, attentive and knowledgeable of Menu! Quality and quantity of Food was what is to be expected… and Price couldn’t have been more competitive!!! Good TexMex! Picked up food twice now (drive thru) and both times have been good. Tacos are a little pricey compared to other places in SA, but they fill the tortilla up completely and I used the extra meat for a bonus taco. Their enchilada and guisada plate was tasty, and the meat in the guisada was lean and flavorful. I'll continue coming here because it's good and a convenient location for me. ~ Christina B

Camila's Mexican Restaurant on Blanco Road has some of the best tacos I’ve ever tasted. The flavors are fresh and authentic, and the price is very reasonable. Love this place. Food is great at a very reasonable price. Now they have margaritas. I tried the frozen mango margarita. Everything I have had at Camila's has been top notch and large portions. Highly recommend!!! Definately a hidden gem. No wait but the place was busy yet still received my food very quick. Hot and delicious. I'm sitting here at home stuffed! ~ Lonnie C

This restaurant is one of the best mexican restaurants in San Antonio Texas. It is a hidden gem! We have been coming to Camilla’s Restaurant since it opened on Blanco Rd a few years ago. The best Chiliquillas plate in San Antonio. The pancakes are fantastic also. Even the chips and salsa are rated 5 of 5 stars. The service is outstanding and also so cheerful. Always will rate this in all categories 5 of 5 ~ Phil

5/5 stars -the atmosphere at Camilla's is excellent, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Mr Miguel who makes you feel right at home. The waitresses are just as friendly and welcoming. They always are coming around to check on you to see if you need anything. Food is very good. Again the staff is very customer service conscious. 5 stars. ~ Bruno T
